have you upgraded it since after the fix? techs dont seem very worth it at the moment to upgrade, maybe by next week or so once the Farms hit the 3-4bil range. (this is all of course dependant on how high your techs are already compared to your UP/MS and coverts)

last time i spied lulz his covert was average and his up wasent much better than an inactive
however he wasent farming at the time and had 2k turns

now his covert is quite good and his up is low
although quite a strike action

I'm attempting to make strike techs cheap this wave to make it easier for the average player to be able to farm or mass everyone instead of the usual old boring everyone sitting behind big defenses just stat buildingz.

And I have not gotten the chance to get anymore strike techs recently. I've been too busy beefing up my MS to sit on those who abused the tech bug.
