no longer ancient god

I bought this account last night and it was ancient god level, all the ms techs where full and all i done was log on and spend 3 trill naq on weapons and train some troops, I logged back on this morning and now im not ancient god, all my weapons are gone as well as my techs, does anyone know what has happened, Im stuck !!

id email support about this, make sure to put both your IDs, and mention the fact that your ascended account still says that your main account should still be ascended

I gotta ask these questions as these are the most obvious questions someone should ask.

Who did you buy the account from?
Did you change the login details immediately as you bought the account?
Did you change your Racial Makeup?
Do you still have Full Supporter Status?

i bought it from a friend and it was ok when i bought it, logged into it last night, changed the password straight away. got up this morning logged in and it was still asceneded, bought some weapons and trained troops logged out then back in again a few hours later and it was like i said. all my techs gone, weapons gone and naq. i still have fss and my ascended account is fine its just my main looks like a brand new account.
