You need 35% of their defense, that your MS enters battle. So no more MS massings with low strikes and big MS'.
No rest. No mercy. No matter what.

well it puts a better aspect to it
but makes massing alot more costly when massing

i take it it doesn't apply to when being attacked

Indeed... Couzens hit me for naq with an MS well over 4 times the size of mine, and I still did damage with my mothership, as did his mothership. :)
