1 week of war between us - Starting 00:01 July 7th ingame time for 7 days.
2 trillion defence to be rebuilt when massed - given that yours is currently 58billion and mine is 4.7t I think there's a disparity there already but I'll overlook that.
Covert - that's up to you, I'll be keeping some but otherwise yours didn't cause me any problems previously so I'm fairly sure it won't now.
You have a CO and an Officer WHO IS still on my personal hit list so well... Gothy-dearest, giving your forum password to a spy is not the kind of thing I forget... Apart from that, since I don't have either a CO or Officers, I won't be including them. Gothy though, you will understand is on the hit list of all Ascended Empire peoples...
MS rebuilds - naturally, once a day at least.
Planets - Unless I screw up something shocking, you won't be seeing mine but I'll help myself to yours if I think they are worth it.
Ascended - I doubt I can descend you and you have nothing worth it to DM and I doubt you can descend me so not bothering there besides, I have more to lose there but since that will just increase my CER, I'm suggesting we don't bother.
PPT allowed - after all I'm sure we both have real life to deal with at times.
