AT bug???

AT bug???
My buddy (id:1972535) says he has 1,739 generic ATs and 870 personal ATs, but he says he never trades for non-transferrable turns, he doesn't even use the trades near the top, is this a bug?

oooohhh ok, that makes sense, we didn't seen that in the updates. Thanks for clearing that up
