So on the issue of Allaince control
More command and control options are desirable, if possible or needed having the ablitiy to send allaince wide pms for everyone, Having the allaince leader being able to select if certain people can use Allaince bank features.
On the update side
A min, Attack Defence ratio of say 10%? LOL could work both ways, but really it's not going to happen and i know it.
A useage of glory points so that people fight to be rank 1-10, instead oh interesting that i just popped up to be rank 1 when i trained more spies or something. At the moment the overall rank for rank 1 is 245. Which i find abit high.
So using Glory points ( 25-50,000) mabye even something more, to get a 1% stat increase? or 1% income boost only or cheaper up, not the extra planet slot that some people seem to want.
I like the nox, removal and the rest.
If you were to look at giving the smaller allaince a bonus? How would you give the penelty such the War-War, which can be a HUGE penently which can offset any bonus.
What would happen if you input polorization shields that could be added and removed? Such as in Q? With a special option only for those that have USS.

My biggest problem with the G&R for stat boosting, is that when you ascend (take the last 3 as an example) you are loosing at least 20T in resources. So, i would say the bare minimum should be something like 5k G&R. This is more then 2 weeks in the 5 G&R range, so would constitute a greater effort, compensating for the non-loss of resources.
Other things is Admin said, no other uses for G&R apart from ascending. But that doesn't mean there isn't a excellent idea out there, that maybe thought up for it. Like 1k G&R for 1 merlin. This may work, since even being in top spot, you can only get one every 2+ days.

Not sure if it was reported before, but using alliance wide PPT causes a player to not be able to go on VAC mode...this is silly because it means a person has to quit the alliance or something before it is used...
EDIT --> misjudged times. So it doesn't affect it.
Second of all when my 2IC used it, two of the members PPT ended after 1h instead of 1300minutes one of them had before the 1h PPT extend was purchased.
I told them to post in the bugs section, however this should be looked into.

the only way it would affect vacation is if you were ON ppt while trying...the second you come off PPT (assuming thats the only ppt you had recent) you can vacation.
also - i cannot see how it reduces existing ppt. but - as a safety - i now check both IF they are on ppt, and WHEN ppt ends....before setting a 'now plus one hour' ppt....(either status indicates user on ppt)
i used to check just IF ppt .... with the double check, should be clsoe to impossible to 1hr ppt existing ppt users.

You want to do something that will in my opinion help the game, make it so If you use 240 ats in a 24hr period against anyone nox wont work but to the minimum degree,Do to you being aggressive, then the peaceful players who dont attack would be ok and us that are aggressive can actually fight with out Our enemy, just sitting there waiting till your gone and then sneak you, Then you have fixed some problems with this game updates, removed a big amount of snipping and nox riding

I know if you hit some one with more then 240 ats it sets that person to war, but what im suggesting is that if you hit ANYONE In 24 hour period with more then 240 at,(or what ever number you feel fit)your nox will not work or be at its lowest level of working,, This will remove a lot of sniping and ridding nox in order to do it,, But it has came to my attention someone can sit there and repair a few time then leave and there nox will phase and then they have hours of safety from a massing,, when I think If your aggressive then you shouldnt get nox at least not to the level a peaceful player gets.. this would make those that sneak in mass all your alliance mates and then hide from the ones who can take them on,, by riding nox.
Im an aggressive player, and have always thought we didnt deserve nox protection,, Yeah farmers would be at risk to, but hey most of them are the aggressive players, Or resource sellers, so they deserve No NOX,,

Just wanted to give a holler to the programmers for doing all the work.
Nice job so far, ofc everyone has their views on the ups and downsides, but so far implementation has been going farily ok.
