nox not kicking in

nox not kicking in
i got massed today which isnt the point however what is weird nox did not kick in and phase me, i checked my logs and i had only used 135 at in the last 48 hours letalone 24h. not sure if im the only one but it was definitaly costly for me.

Also, if they massed you with an attack under your defence, that doesn't count towards Nox. And if they massed your units in under 1500 AT once the weapons were down, no phase happens.

he set to war with me however it was one way, also total turns used was over 2k so idn should have phased me i would have thought

If the first 500 AT he massed with he wasn't beating your defence, it doesn't count to wards Nox phase. Only successful hits count.
Like i said, if you had say 2T defence, and they had 1.5T attack, by the time your defence got to 1.5T, whereby Nox would start counting, then they may have already used over 500 AT, so the last 1500 wouldn't quite get you to Nox, and thus phase you
