While I understand that fixing the 50% planet "feature" was part of the reason for the 2X raw strike power update, you also screwed yourself with the "era for defense" by only requiring half as many supers trained to get the same power as before now.

I don't see the link there.
All it means is that both attack and defence need to train less for the same power. Yet defence is at least 2x as tough to break.

this is all great, i love it
only the the def weapon damage needs tweaking since it has made massing a tad to difficult.
Just something i'm missing here since it is not listed among the points in the update
But why oh why did the power have to be doubled?? I just dont see the reason that had to happen why was that neccesary? because ppl were whining about how they now needed to train so much more in order for their single massivly bonussed 'feature exploit' planet to fully bonus their stats?
Or because big players wanted to have an easier way (besides raising their strike/def thus killable units) to have their massive 2T MS fully bonus their stats? since they need half the killable units and weapons to get that doubling MS bonus.
I just dont see the reason why the power doubled. pls explain.
I want to see the double power changed back.

To bring the values closer together, and balance planets and other related items, the strengths of these items have been adjusted. Please remember, it is the same for everyone...

The people exploiting the "planet feature" built the huge planets to train very few supers, right? He now fixed that "feature" so he doubled troop power to offset fixing the "feature"... in other words, they still only need to train very few supers to get full use of their super planets.
