Sometimes it's probably best if you don't comment on everything I say unless you're saying you have the same issue.

Perhaps to draw out more information than "This is bugged"?

And perhaps you weren't fully aware, and I was making sure you did know.

Like, were there platforms involves, were they online, did the fluctuation in platform/natural/fleet power cause a certain threshold to be passed, causing more damage, were your fleets always fully repaired or were you strong enough to only repair every 2-3 hits etc.

I believe it's related to platforms, may be a bug though. I checked my logs and can confirm what you were talking about, knew that it showed double for platforms but wasn't aware it showed them after it was "down".

Initial Natural Defense:
127227 planet ground based defence facilities.
Whenever it was doubled for mine, it only took platform defenses, whenever it wasn't doubled, it took the natural defenses and the amount shown was updated. This may be due to the platform not getting destroyed unless the planet is taken or that they are both massed down at same time, not really sure. Would be nice to hear admin's take on what is happening.

You note, though, that from nowhere, or at least not from the planet itself, you were being assulted!!
Almost like some sort of mobile planetary defences, seemingly invisible...
While it is hard to say, you think this invisible force added around maybe some percent of the natural planetary defences to the defence you encountered...Of course you turned your attention to where the attack was coming from, before moving onto the planet itself...there was enough damage to destroy 7728 defence facilities, though, in the course of the battle.

I see that the 2nd is supposedly platformed according to my theory, however it seems to also do 1/2 damage or 1/4 of what it shows to the planet(unless the platform is there too). It shows the normal message of a platform long after the platform should of been destroyed. Most of the others in my log that I checked do show that platform message.

Mine had a platform, 382 bil natural and 550 bil roughly total. It seems to not be related to power as the 3rd hit shows that it was more power for the same amount of fleets, but still was the lower amount killed. I repaired after every hit.

That could be what happened, there was a platform and it would of been severely weakened at that point. I had thought that platforms were massed first then the rest of the planet so that would be interesting if it were the reason behind. So yes, it could of happened, but I have no idea if that is why.

Is it possible this error occurs when the alliance PPT puts someone over the PPT cap at 2880 minutes?

For example. I go on ppt now. In an hour, my alliance leader uses 1 alliance PPT... putting me back at 2880 minutes. Everything is fine. Alliance leader then decides to use more alliance PPTs bringing me over the 2880 total PPT time, which then causes the bug to reset the total PPT time to zero + alliance PPTs.

I can verify that it happened to me - I bought a PPT and alliance member was being massed, 2iC bought alliance PPT and I had only used about 15-20 Minutes of mine. And that's when I noticed this bug.

I believe the error occurs when the 2IC adds time to the PPT. Instead of the time being added, everyone's PPT is reset to 0 + PPT time added.

ive skimmed over this but about sabbing .... someone was sabbed so they covert phased in one day ... at rollover 00:00 still couldnt sab .... 24 hrs later can only sab 1 time a turn ..... this doesnt seem right
