Selling ingame resources is like selling goods in real life, the buyer always pays first, the seller always receives money before letting the goods go as we aint doing hire purchase :)

kaiser is just a baby back beck when i warred with TC he sat on ppt the whole time so i had to deascend him insted dont worry crydee his ascended is extreemly weak so if he hides on ppt again just go there :)
