Fully customizable ascended names.

My suggestion is this: leave ascension names as they are, but give people the ability and option to change them to what they want. Like:

Its already almost fully customizable since we can change race names, its not about Stargate anymore. Why not let people just change their names fully? Its both something pretty nice and a good tactic. Instead of Prior you can make your name UnKnown, maybe people will farm you less (?). Or instead of UnKnown just change your name to Prior and see the AB ball rolling. And if the excuse is that people will write bad things, just look at the names people used for their race. Nothing bad, nothing obscene.

it's been suggested many times

problem is people would abuse it and ascending wouldn't be the achivement it really is if it's customizable

plus when it come to selling an account i could go sell what would be a prior account saying it was ascended to the max

i would probably say open up one more ascetion and have that one custom titled but can't be named with any previous names

Or just customise the name of the ascended race, and not the level.

Besides, if your account is over 3 years old, then you get the custom title anyway
