Hmmmm..... I have a somewhat suspicious feeling. I read something earlier in this thread eluding to "equivalent cash payment in-game" (not quoting directly).

Someone may be a little mistaken as to how much graphic designers are actually paid.

Yes, we have secured a few big contracts that will require much more gfx work than was expected so soon. Thus we have hired a dedicated in-house designer as it was not feasible, from a business perspective to have people freelancing.

This said, I will (In the next two weeks) send naq/UU to each of the entrants as I think it is only fair, as all of you made an effort to do some designs. If anyone has an objection to this please raise your concerns so I can resolve it in a fair manner.

Well Craig (New staff member) is being paid R13 500 per month (Rougly $1800) as he is not fully qualified, but we cant afford more untill the contracts start paying up
