In DoJ we had Dres, Vix and Koji always stirring up trouble farming the wrong people
In TGW we have Giovanni & Eix who attack who they want. Myself who uses every occassion to piss someone off

I never had any problems with RoBert when he was still wader and in DoC.

I'm surprised Lord Kat's name hasn't come up yet.. his was the name I used to see the most on other alliance forums as giving them grief
