When A and when B?

Dear players, i want to discus and know your opinions on done hits, farming and how we can make a clear difference between a HIT and Farming.

I consider farming all those actions which are repeating in some short periods, 3 and more attacks in same mite, repeated hits in same minutes on more members. Also hitting back for amounts under 50b.

Fair hits... if average hit on alliance member is higher than... for me it is: 300b, than we can barely call it farming. Better option, if average hit is over 500b.

What do you think?

+ 300b on max 2t are mostly hits

farming are reapeated hits of small amounts on lower def's that gives a small profit, just my thoughts

I agree with the farming you said, I would say hit is destructive, meaning if I have a 5 tril strike and make naq hits for allot, upwards of 300b and I destroy allot because of my strike capabilities then that is hitting even if it is 1 hit.

My definitions and terms..

Farming: 4+ hits on me within 24 hours for less than 70b per hit, farming 3 or more of my alliance mates within a turn change. Farming 10 + logs from one alliance to another in a day.

A Snipe: Watching someone farming, knowing that their online and stealing NAQ and intentionally steal seconds before they can bank I.E. refreshing and if they stop growing NAQ for more than a count of 1 one thousand 2 one thousand then stealing it.

A hit: Having too much unprotected or poorly protected NAQ out, it's not growing and it's profitable. For me not to get mad I have to have at least 100b out and less than 2t def.

Mini Massed: Weakening of weapons or killing of units either to send a message or break a defense for NAQ.

Massed: Clearing the defense on someone.

Annihilated: Clearing everything on someones account, defense, spies, mothership, lifering AC units, sabbing strike. etc.

MS Massed: Clearing Mother ship.

If im farming someone they can make the same # of attacks onto me as I did to them without retaliation as long as there profitable, many more and I'll declare war. if those attacks are non profitable and the person is massing or mini massing me, I assume you have already declared war and begin massing you back.

A hit for me is greater then 10 bil = 1 bil, i.e 1 tril defence protects 100bil
It is my fault if I cannot build to protect my naq but the 10-1 rule stands for me. Anything less will result in a warning.

I have found in this game, fair naq hits are down to each person.

However, as we all know, you may accept that it is a fair naq hit, but your alliance mates well take it that it is a no and attack them back.

I personally try to keep to a 10-1 ratio when I hit players but now with the upgrades I do 1/2 there defence and see if it is over 10-1 ratio especially if the naq is 100bil plus

But 10T defence wont protect 10T naq... or 10T def wont protect 50T naq i think there are special cases and exceptions once the target pass 1T naq.

500bil + is a good hit do it more than 3 times a week i say thats farming in my book

but i never have that much out unless i'm actualy online in which case it would be my own fault for taking to long to spend it

10-10 ratio is a good way to work i use it often but if its a good hit and i know i can take it and make okayish profit im straight on it

I agree with pretty much everything thats been said. A hit is a one-off attack that takes a large amount of naq. Farming is repeated hits for smaller amounts of naq and can cause lots of damage. I have been noticing in logs that 20:1 or even 25:1 ratios are being used by some farmers, which just cannot be profitable at all and yet they persist in making those attacks many times in a day.

i agree with this

hits are for big naq now and then not obsessively hitting 24/7 that just means they are watching that person and you have the right to deal with them

farming is for small hits on a smaller defense repeatedly over a short period of time.

but i believe C2 knows this already

if a hit is very profitable , say 300b on a 1-2t def even if its repeated few times /day or week stills stays a hit , it goes out of farming marging.

I'd say farming is repeated hits for naq, and agree with a lot said already, however, if someone sets war when taking the naq which is a good indication they are adding you to their farm list then i'd consider that farming even after the first hit.

id say farmin it hitting someone many times for the barely acceptable amount of naq , say about 30bil over a 500 bil defence, the many times bit is more within a time schedule like once every hour ,

hitting is just hitting someone with a large amount of naq say 75 bil plus over most defences is fair game , if you have that amount of naq out frequently you really cant complain about being hit i supose
