Company Logo and Embroidering

Hey, was hoping if anyone is into this waters, maybe u can help me out. Me and a couple of my mates started running this "firm"(currently in development), basicly we do repairs, tunnings, stylings and special projects on motorbikes. So I came up with this logo, which I made in photoshop. What I need to know now is how to get it on a lets say leather seat of the bike, whats the best option, as so far I've narowed it down to embroidering and sito-print.

Also is one able to change a raster to vector picture, since I currently got it in psd and I read that u need a vector one. And if anyone can make me a program for embroidering(for a fee ofcourse).

you might want to see if it looks similar to anything that's already registered, else you'll be hit with a cease & desist order or have to start all over again designing your logo

First you have to create it in CMYK colours, not in RGB which is default photoshop colour formate. I suggest you make it in the highest possible resolution. You can make it a vector graphic by using different vectorization tools although it will change the quality a bit and if you have any text on the logo, it will change it a bit due to vectorization so all letters might not be the same as they were in photoshop.
I had encountered the same problem when I was working on EDEN project (European Destination of Excellence) for river Kolpa - after I already finished everything I had to redo everything in Corel Draw due to PhotoShop not being a vector program and different vectorization programs not being good enough

corel draw has a tracer program, so if you have it in a decent size and resolution you can send it to someone who works in corel (like for example me) and get it converted do vector.

Yes but to trace the logo it will destroy some things and while most will be unnoticeable, text will be messed up (font itself, I mean) I also have a vectorization tool called Vector Magic, but it also destroys font It will also destroy different colour->transparent gradients
So you basically have to make everything in Corel Draw

depends on the amount and level of complexity of text and gradients, but it is possible to do just text (you'd need to have the original font) and the gradients. i've done it once and the result was good
