Log in will not work after password reminder

Been away a long time, just tried to get back on.

I used the password reminder but the password i get doesnt work.

any help appreciated

This is for the normal server.

managed to get on ascended.

Are you copy / pasting the password?

If so then try typing it instead. Or if you are typing it try copy pasting it.

See if that works.

Or make sure the reminder doesnt change the entry code each time you use it?
