ive been playing sgw for over 3 years now(with my old acct for 2.5yrs and with my new acct for 1yr). so, can i get a custom title (accts older than 3yrs have one)

Yes.. I do. I was reffering to the 3 posts of the same topic about 30 seconds apart. 
Also, it was your choice to delete your account, I highly doubt you will get a custom title just because you've played the game 3 years total.
I suggest you buy a new account with a lower ID for either cash or resources or see if anyone with similar stats/ascension level/army that already has it will trade accounts with you.
