Leaving Purgatory Delay not functioning

I know I had brought it up and discussed with mods/admin a while ago about having the same delays put in place that Norm had in relation to realm shifting.

It was agreed upon, and said to be put in place. However unfortunately it isn't working. I have seen several accounts attack and realm shift in quick succession over the last couple of months. And I just remembered to bring it up.

Just letting you know.

If you are able to provide logs and IDs I think this would help the investigation.

Yeah the unfortunate aspect is I've only just been reminded to bring it up. If I get any runners I will be sure to post them.
