spams getting boring so i thought id give myself and others some incentive to come back regularly to contribute so heres how it works:

brobdingnagian (Brob - ding -nag -ain ) huge: unusually great in size or amount or degree or especially extent or scope; "huge government spending"; "huge country estates"; "huge popular demand for higher education"; "a huge wave"; "the Los Angeles aqueduct winds like an immense snake along the base of the mountains"; "immense numbers ...

Re: Word Of The Day
There's a little town in Wales called
Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch
( This is a genuine name and the translation of the name is ''The church of St. Mary in the hollow of white hazel trees near the rapid whirlpool by St. Tysilio's of the red cave'' )
There is also a railway station called
Gorsafawddachaidraigodanheddogleddollonpenrhynareurdraethceredigion
( This one was a silly record attempt, the Station was renamed just to win the world record of longest place name from the town above )
Now try pronouncing correctly and slipping those into a conversation today

Re: Word Of The Day
SA has a town called Tweebuffelsmeteenskootmorsdoodgeskietfontein, well it was once a town, read an article a few months back that said all that's left of Tweebuffels is a post office and two farms, but apparently that's enough to still require road signs to get you there
