PDPs still working even with 0 def?

When my dual was stolen, my PDPs were huge, they were reset to 0 and the attacked used 1 attack and not much fleets.

But seems the update is not working properly as i hit some1 just now with 0 def on the planet but his PDPs wacked me like a nutter.
