Setting 3ic bug

3ic is not settable by 2ic.

Any other alliances able to confirm?

From the updates page:
Alliance 3IC
* Third In Command (3ic) established; settable by leader or 2IC.
* 3ic has all functions EXCEPT change alliance; change existing alliance members; change house.

And confirmed via the admin meet earlier today that 2ic should be able to; forum supposedly ironed out the inconsistencies in what was said in the update page and alliance management page. (exceptions and abilities and such)

I was the 2iC... I'm still listed as the 2iC...


but I don't have the remove buttons to remove members...

so I'm effectively the 3iC... while our leader is on holidays...


just one of the reasons that I was hoping to be able to appoint my own successor...



Also, even before this week,

the 2iC of the leading house alliance can't boot farm alliances in their house...


The 2iC can set all our allies to hostile,

and declare war on the top 2 alliances in the game...
and get us all sat on, until the day that pigs fly...

but I can't boot the farms from our house for reasons which are beyond me...

I originally was under the impression that, as with my concern above,

only the ACO would be able to name the 3iC...

but I can confirm that I do not have this ability...

and I named our 3iC,

(not that he will be aware of it for at least several hours... )
