Yeqah Daz, sorry I had perosnal reason why I decided so.

Wanna anounce Balance aka flash aka howling is now removed from this massers team. I want to inform public, he decided to mass and take TPP's member dual planet. Normaly it means war no discusion, since i wanted to have him in this team, i gave him offer. full repeyment or war.

ceasar, you realise how little sense that makes because what you are essentially saying is that it's okay for TPP people to take planets but not for someone to steal from you.
