if their hitting below the 35% threshold, it won't be much of a database, apart from being "Something over 3x my attack"

BUT, if they are hitting above the 35% mark, then it's possible. Good thought

then can give a basic % on their def by supers and soldiers , so its not to far off so the database wouldnt be too bad lol
