I voted ME, but only because full games > addons.
Fallout 3: Modder's Edition is epic **Filtered**. For those that don't know, I merely mean FO3 with mods. Any Bethesda RPG is epic **Filtered** when mods are added.

I would have suggested Civilization myself. I have Civ IV and was going to get V but i've heard that it's been made easier and playing it on Deity is not so much of a challenge these days so i didn't bother getting it.

If playing on PC, NO. If on a console, yes. As I said, ported to PC with terribad skill.
And I've finally gotten my other computer working in a way I'm happy with. I might show off some mods soon.
