I think it probably does need to be changed, but seeing as this is JT's thread, he will have a final say in that ofc.

Problem here simply lies with tackless.
He joined your alliance carrying a lot of baggage. (of which I hope you were aware)
He has been called out on this vendetta, and continued to farm other branches .... with his traitor mark ... its not wise for him to attack all the DDE alliances, it will have repercusssions.

if HE would live up to the vendetta ... he would not farm all other DDE branches now would he

dont worry i have stepped up to the vendette but kinda hard to mass some1 with a 40t defence when iv only a 2t strike but i am a patient man JT time will come when i get the resources together

i dont think DDE didnt knew who was tacky ingame b4 he changed name, anyway he betrayed dde during war but is that the first case ever?? there has been a lot of players.now dde wana bully his game till he quits , the result one player minus and this isnt what we were speaking on the Galactic Council , theres honor in this???tacky has no any special account as far as i know and just one medium dde player can challenge him to vendetta , but guess it takes the usual's.i see here lot of double standards but this isnt new to me , been used wit them for over 4 years.

strange.... i dont recall my GF phantom452 telling you that she sold me the account...... she left i took it over and sold my old acc because this acc was a higher ascended lvl. i then changed the name of the acc to lawless one. so your sayig lawless one(me) told you that i bought the acc from me

I love the fact a few comments in this thread are arguing points of law about the manipulation of data being from what I can garnish.....theft?

While to a degree you may have a point.

In reality this would possibly get laughed out of court.

The argument is always going to be about trust and delegation. Fact is, for whatever reason YOU/Another Admin gave Tackless shadow the security rights to be able to perform said actions. He did not (from what I can tell) hack the site to be able to carry out this?

So the basic questions you'd be asked will be....

1) Why did he have said right?
2) Was there sufficient warnings\disclaimers about potential lawsuits should the data be manipulated?
3) Was the data copyrighted?
4) Were there appropriate guidelines around what data was allowed to be changed?

This would be like creating a file on your laptop, lending the laptop to a friend, and them deleting the file. You'd have a hard time getting a civil action against them.

Were tackless's actions morally right? probably not

To sum it up, He was given rights to change data, you didn't like what he changed the data to?

On the related point of this, I agree with Rene. 100%.

On another point, I am rather confused. So are TPP and TDD gonna be at war or what? From what I read it seemed like TDD was in the logs of other TPP members a lot ... I dunno I'm just confused and interested about that!
