Ascended Personals lvls
With the new updates on Ascended, what is now considered a safe lvl for Personals... 600 used to be.. but I hear 700 is no longer.

Clarkey - TOC got doubled and the amount of time per personal hit got reduced.
1,000 should keep you safe

You'll do some real damages to some accounts if you build only MNEC to that point And you won't get descended if you let the rest as they are right now.
