1sec 0naq, the next 17-30+naq, then next sec he'll repair, then it's gone.
the multiple tabs thing could be possible, but i've messaged with no reply.
If i'm wrong about this then I apologize. but it's lookin fishy.

I'm the afore mentioned alliance mate who stumbled across this guy first. The person in question took my naq, and when I noticed he was farming I tried to get my naq back. I wasted a lot of ATs trying to refresh the tab until he had some naq out and attacking him, but he was always able to bank the naq before I got to it. He had a 370 bill covert, 400k+ UUs out and a raw up that could not generate that amount of UUs in a single day. Since he was so careful to bank his naq between every hit, I thought it was suspicious that he'd leave a few days worth of UUs out in the open. I spent around 3k ATs AC-ing his covert to 270 mill over the space of 30 mins or so, during which time I managed to take in excess of 450 bill naq. I think I also managed to miss some of his naq while I was repairing weapons & etc. I would have thought a person would notice someone taking all this naq and destroying all their covert (& I sabbed some weapons too), but at:

He was still going, doing this same farm/bank routine faster than my browser could refresh. I have not yet received any correspondence from this person either.

At GameTime: Dec17 - 03:15.24 he was still going, but there was more of a delay between naq hits. I'm guessing he spies people & only attacks them if they have 0 defence, which would be harder to do with no covert.
