On behalf of the DoC HC, we of DoC offer the following to BAU:

A Christmas ceasefire

Seeing as it is Christmas, we (DoC only, you'll have to sort your own thing out with DxM) are offering BAU a temp-ceasefire so that BAU can chill out and rebuild (defenses too, please :p) and DoC members can have a holiday.

Ceasefire to end in the first week of the new year (date to be decided).

Conditions of ceasefire:
- no massing, planet theft, ACing, Lifering or sabbing until expiration of ceasefire
- profitable farming hits are allowed (dispute of profitability can be discussed between our respective HC)
- may only raid if persons defense is 0

BAU HC can contact me on MSN or ingame if you wish to discuss it further, otherwise you can simply post that you wish to accept or decline (and nominate an end date within the first week of 2011), and we will notify our members

this is slightly embarrassing for you Nikola (vakho) as DxM have been at war with BAU for a little while now. regardless of whether you have been in our logs we have been in BAU's quite a bit lol
if you have not noticed that is your problem and we are the original enemies but if you want to go after DoC instead of us feel free lol

yes i have seen, DxM in BAU logs. but there was no directive from BAU HC to engage you and war you.
and i have not received any war declaration from DxM aswell. if DxM wants to war me or BAU i think you guys should/could(still can) have declared official war. right here on this forum or at least with an ingame msg to leader that's war is on, and to the end i want to add that considering how inactive BAU is seeing someone in incoming logs is usual business(yeah i know, but that's the sad truth )

i have exchanged several pm's with chewy (angell) about it. are you seriously telling me that your members being massed repeatedly is a daily occurance then?
declaring war ingame does nothing and not every war needs a topic on the forums, if all the big alliances posted every time they went to war then the GC would be full of topics lol
