Once you get more then the 258 million army size can you still sell UU, or are you no longer to do any UU transactions?

i think your no longer able to do any uu deals thats what happened to me i think.

You can trade UU for other things, such as naq or ats. But you can not recieve UU yourself. This includes UU for ascensions, so you Can't do say 100 mil for 100 mil if you are over the trade cap.

and loads of anti cov while on PPT

Stay in 5 G&R for like 4 days then sit in 1 G&R til you have your 1000

If your unascended best to trade the G&R for SS so you can trade atleast.

Say your army size is 300 mill, can you broker 150mil to one guy broker out the other 150mil to another. When they both decline will you get your 300 mil uu back?

You can actually broker 150 mil to the same guy, as long as you do it for naq. It's possible to do a lot of UU for a lot of Naq, up to the trade cap for the guy you are brokering. This allows you to broker one person up to 3x the amount they can receive (they cant accept it I believe so it can't be exploited), however you would need to send the ats and naq to someone you trust directly or broker before and they accept.
