Planet Bugs - Planets not taken

Having the same problem. My officer (who is not in any alliance or any house) left my command to take me from 10 to 9 planets, couldn't take a planet from me. He wasted 15 ATs each time trying to take it and kept getting that message (see below). I ended up abandoning the planet to go get another.

BUT..... then when I attacked that other player who's in a different house than mine (not Sobek) it kept giving me that same message as well. And yes, I was able to attack them for naq.

MESSAGE:
A fleet, aiming at conquering a planet, being aboard a MotherShip, is sure to anger the gods of the house...
Your crew engages regardless and......
NOTHING - YOU RETURN TO YOUR OWN REALM, HAVING WASTER YOUR TIME -it is as if you never left
What are the chances? (well about percent, actually))

Believe it's due to the update to sobek, accidently transferred to all houses? Likely 20% chance of MS engaging if you are in a house, so if it's between 2 people both in houses it's only like 4%. Making it seem impossible.

I get it no matter what house the other person is in and I even get it when hitting someone who isnt in an alliance and therefore not in a house....

while i would love to say this was an intended bad update, as a few people accuse me of making every now and then, , this was a bug. It was meant to apply just to the flight eater house. 20% of the time MS goes through. 80% of time turns are wasted and nothing happens.
But it did kick into all houses. Maybe even all players.... Sometimes

Anyway - should be fixed.
