Msg was sent after Rudy attacked more TPP members and stole few planets.

If mods want, they can lock this since its not exactly vendeta. Or move it.
Its perma war, if I respect Rudy's fight or not, it does not change what I promissed.
And since you picked other TPP in past, they can do what they want. We dont use orders for massing, we dont need permissions, we simply do what we want. What i wrote in PM was just recomaneded, not ordered. And maybe misspelled by one of our members.
