What is the minimum rank to receive glory and reputation points?

im not very sure exactly , but i can get them beyond 1500

thats why im wondering cause im ranked around 1,300 so i thought i should be gettin g&r points by now

~1100 and below for 1 gnr/turn (keep in mind to disable nox)
~148 and below for 5 gnr/turn (keep in mind to disable nox)

gnr 5 is below 148 rank

You rank is based on the overal of the military powers, so if you have one thats relatively bad .. you wont get there...

It will require all your stats in a decent level

Last time I was in gnr 5 I had 6 mill att/deff supers (and 6 mill att/deff mercs) all with most expensive weapons (aprox 24 mil, the spies probaly wouldnt have needed it though ) .. and an ms build to rank 300 something and a huge load of spies ...

Getting in GNR 5 isnt something you should do if you are low ascended unless you have a lot of spare resources.
The lower your ascensions the lower your stats bonusses are, and thusly the more expensive getting in GNR 5 will be ...

With the above stats mentioned .. I was ranked 120 or something ...

If you realy want to get there, simply build up the lowest ranked military stats until you get there ... if you run out of resources and your still above rank 200 ..... give it up and go with what you got ...
Else you wont have decent funding to build up decently after ascending ....
