Question about Planet Sizes

Does anyone know if admin removed/upgraded those below above average? I made a planet in beta and it started as above average (where as in the updates section it says they would be tiny).

I know there was a wide known bug exploit where you could basically build up defenses then upgrade the size and make naq back, however never knew if admin actually removed those below above average or not.

Those below Above Average:
Tiny, Very Small, Small, Normal.

Please post if you have seen any of those lately or if you know if admin removed them.
