I never play the ascended realm but i need to start. What is the quickest way to build Ascended Life Force?

Well there are spending Life Force and Battle Life Force. What ZERO is talking about is getting spending Life Force, which you can then use to upgrade your Battle Life Force or refill it.

Maximum Natural Energy Capacity (MNEC) is the main upgrade for your actual life force, with the following being also important for using/repairing it:

Energy Channeling Skill
Energy Flow Ability
Personal Constitution
Energy Repulsion Strength
Energy Absorbtion Skill
Energy Absorbtion Power

I would get them all up as high as possible, with a good rule being that your MNEC should be 50-100 levels higher than the rest, IE 800 or 750 for MNEC, with 700 for the rest. I would say 600 for the lower levels and then like 700 for MNEC is a good place to start for being harder to descend, and I believe maybe 800/700 might be basically descendable, if not 850/800 probably.

Convert physical currency (DMU) into Life Force
Since the currency is energy based, you can convert the currency of the physical realm into Ascended Life Force. The process is not clean, and you note you get less converting one way, than the other...

It will fill your normal life force first (only really matters if someone is trying to descend you), then will give you cache once that is full.
