Trying to figure out the 'cut-off' point when it's not worth boosting it anymore.
Was told i'v wasted too much Naq on Techs & should rather spend it on UP.

but attack and defense and some covert are ok i suppose... but MS is just not needed til end when it comes to rank time. covert really either... and defenses aren't stopping anyone around here, they go down pretty quick so pointless to invest to much of your naq there. so i guess i am saying att techs best...
