I did not realize that I hit a member of your allaince. I dont even know which of the many people I ham hit for naq your friend is! I am happy to refund double what I hit him for as I have no intention of fighting you or him. I prefer not to get into long wars with people. None of my officers or members of Technocracy have anything to do with this matter.

I do not use MSN to chat and I dont follow the forum. You need to contact me ingame if you want a response. I hope that we can sort this out fairly.

He's already surrendered to you ingame, and I assume you outlined the terms of surrender in a message to him?

If he doesn't use the forums it doesn't seem very nice to try to force him to come on.. just my opinion tho..

If Hagar is still in Technocracy, most of them don't ever post in the main forum... let alone their own forum anymore. Unfortunately, I took most everyone that would fight or post, with me when I left Technocracy.
