Significance of weapon types

For newcomers to ask questions to the other users... this section will usually answer most questions... requesting resources (naq/UUs/ATs) is not to be done here...

Significance of weapon types

Do weapons have any significance beyond point system? In other words, if I have the cash should I always buy the most expensive weapons, or do is there a difference between weapons that would make it worth having a selection of different weapons like with slash/stab/bash in old MUDs?

the best last longer, so theyre worth it in the long run as you dont have to repair them as often

There is no difference between weapons, other than their strength. It would have been fun if that stab/slash/bash would have existed in the game. :) Good question.
