No ME for being Sabbed?
is this a bug? I mean it's common knowledge it doesn't happen, but isn't it supposed to considering there is a slot for it on the ME page?

If anything you should get spies killed experience for the spies they lose sabbing you.
You do get spy killers killed on a failed AC, and you also get atk supers killed for being straight massed. It's a small bit of ME, but any time the enemy loses units against you you should gain ME for it.
On the negative side, showing weapon points lost would be an interesting thing to see, to track how well you fare against your opponents in online battles.
