How do you get 15 planets at once?

How do you get 15 planets at once?

Does this have something to do with the Double Planets?

I have run into someone with 15 planets, I didn't think this was possible?

id 1 is ALMOST always an admin acount.... i say almost beacaus i havent played every account and in 1 game (that no longer exists and whos name i dont remember) the admins id was 0.... :smt117
