The Omega Allegiance hereby declares war against Ricos due to a few of their members repeatedly breaking the long-term NAP in place, without resorting to the legal alternatives he could have. seems rico's can't controle one of their members who massed 2 omegans and farmed every OE alliance trough a nap. tekki did try to talk to rico's HC but they didn't seem to care.

Thius is just **Filtered**, the only account from Delta is Tekki and that's because she handled the negotiations.
Only OA is in the war from OE side. As usuall some members are in a tour of another alliance but this works both ways.

The rest of OE will not engage unless attacked first.
