okey i did some research into the whole: sigma member massing rico's member on ascended:

- kynell hitted casshern on ascended,
- casshern was online farming ad that time and hit back to let kynell know he was online(a gentle tap)
- kynell hitted casshern for that again
- casshern then massed kynells ascended acount
- kynell sabbed cassherns ascended acount

during this whole inscident kynell was not tagged as a member of ricos on ascended. that has already been changed tough. proof of this can be provided if requested by the rico's HC.

but only conclusion i can draw is that my member defended himself after kynell boiled over like he always does with that short fuse he has.

casshern acted well within his rights and as far as i can see the mather is solved, if kynell begs to differ he can call a 1 on 1 with casshern
