Banned for cheating???

help me ive tried to log into my acc and it said my acc is flagged for cheating or something and i cannot log in??? please help me and resolve this i dont know what has happened, i have pmd admin i think im not really sure where to contact them, and explain this to them and get this fixed

there is an autoban system that triggers for a plethora of reasons, just relax and email support. They'll get ya sorted out

Thank goodness i coulda near cried when that came up, had to stop myself from throwing the laptop out of my window ^_^

This mail goes to the 'Game Admin'. This team is different than the Forum mods, different than the support team, and is dedicated to keeping the game rules enforced, searching for cheating, and all other 'game cop' type issues. Ideally, you never need to know this team.

Yes, autoban can be a real pain. Negative UU, supers or NAQ can trigger it as well as playing from a phone and accidentally inputting more numbers into a field( like to many 9's into a bank deposit) than the game is programmed for..

Negative NAQ or UU is the most common.. Negative NAQ occurs when to players hit your account in the exact same second for NAQ and negative UU can occur from something as simple as training or brokering a large amount of UU at once.

Email support and it will probably be resolved rather quickly, if it's not done by Friday attend the admin/player meet in the IRC channel (click chat in the top left hand of the game) or if you cannot personally attend ask someone who can attend it to bring up this issue!

it could be anything considering every time i withdraw naq form my bank i just put in a load of 99999s and i also just sold a heap of uus to boost up my covert lvls, i will have to try to get in contact with them any idea what time they jump on tomorrow? or are they on all day??

Basically, whatever got the autoban to kick in the first time, is still there. That could be a logical explanation.. but it's just a stab in the dark, really.

Spied your account, it wasn't negative UU but your defense is damaged and you have 0 NAQ right now so it's possible you had negative NAQ.

yeah maybe thats what it could be as i had been getting farmed a bit?? but i got no idead just gotta wait until its sorted as i dont know what else to do, i would like to also thank everyone for theyre help so far... bump
