Carrying on from Jixxi post, i just interested in what reasons you have either given or recieved for a massing. I bet there are some crazy ones out there.

I once massed someone and gave him the reason "You are a whiner" And he replied "I've never even talked you to, how can you know" and gave me this long speech so I said "You're whining now, aren't you? Enjoy the rebuilding"
I always enjoyed Omega's reasons "Because we can" in the past.
In TL we used to have pretty awesome reasons too, SvaRuN had the best sense of humor about it.

wow Harchie? YOU actually massed?!!!
But for myself, I've always had a reason. I've massed people who hit me at the beginning of the game and 14 months later had something to mass..and so on...I don't put time limits on anyone who becomes an enemy of mine, unless they've done something to change my view of them.

Best reason for massing is obviously in retaliation for actions against you or your alliance/friends.
Worst reason for massing varies from person to person, we all have bad days/moods and have done things we're not proud of, I once massed someone for saying 'good morning' to me in a PM after I hit him for naq, it's wasnt a good morning at all, it was a Monday, it was raining and I was in a bad mood so I massed him.
