I spent a lot of time talking to Blahh actually, I had a vendetta with him and after that I got on well with him. They're 2 different people. R8 is all honor, Blahh was controversial and wasn't everybodies cup of tea. However, ingame, they were/are both incredible players. I also believe have both held the accolaide for Rank 1 Military Experience

It's easy to get rank 1 ME when you have multis generating turns..amused me greatly when they were all shut down. The OE achieved ALL it's objectives during the server war.

Jorgensen is looking mightly fine, resembling some of the OE greats. There are many, kind of quickly turning into a bit of a flagship.

People may shout and moan...but Kaboomer is a little Robert/Bebita in the making, so annoying and so good at the same time...a fear factor but you don't know why

heh think what you like, R8 knows what i think of Blahh and knows no way in hell was i insulting him, to me both monsters at the game, rank 1 ME and huge naq farmed both got the highest in the game at some point.

p.s. 8 now i rate you as equal :p push yourself you can do it and be my favourite

Love him or hate him Blahh must have been a legend because everyone is still arguing over him

For posterity sake though I should point out that Blahh himself was never banned for cheating.

He surrendered his account to FUALL and sold it someone else who was later caught cheating
(after Blahh had left the game).

Blahh became disgruntled with constant game changes made by Jason triggered by complaints.
Most notably when players complained that they couldn't mass his planets and updates were subsequently made so that all planets could be massed.

So, of all the old school legends who have left/retired from the game, who do you think resembles them in any way or role plays a similar persona ingame now a days?

For example, would you say Duderanch is similar to how GenLucky was in the past?

So how do we define the past? And what made a hero back then? What makes a hero now? Are these basic 'prerequisites' comparable across ages?

The idea of this thread was not to define old legends but to spot those coming through that resemble the forementioned legends...

Kinda defeats the purpose of the thread when someone mentions an old legend because they didn't both reading the first post...or when someone says "I've been here for ages but I'm not a legend"...kinda kills it
