Re: Smallville

I <3 Lois Lane character..stunningly beautiful smart audacious fun lady.
Image
She has had few kick-a$$ aliases such as Stiletto.
Image
I liked the two sided Lex Luthor, we never knew whether he was evil or not until the late appearances of him..
Clark is also likeable character, him being Superman but not getting arrogant or bigly egoted due to his amazing superpowers, impressive imo how he manages to live with his powers and not turn "power corrupted".

I must thank Jo to have given me curiosity and interest to watch this serie, I've liked it so far.

1st, where the hell is the mother? she becomes senator or whatever and then dissappears completely from his life? where is the dog?

Good question, I recall to have seen Shelby the dog in season 8 after Jimmy died and Clark disappeared to lose contact with his friends but secredly continued to feed him. Don't know if he appeared ever again as I'm only at start of season 9 lol.

2nd, its become too much of a soap opera story tone. Too much love **Filtered** and stuff, its not supposed to be about romance or atleast I don't think its supposed to be. I mean really is there one chick on teh show that hasn't nailed/wanted to nail clark + one other character?

A young Clark Kent struggles to find his place in the world as he learns to harness his alien powers for good and deals with the typical troubles of teenage life in Smallville.

^ This is what the show originally started out to be.

1) His mother became a senator, and was protecting him as the Red Queen up until Clark found out and stopped her. Short version of it. The dog? Not sure.

2) It's not?
Genres: Adventure | Drama | Sci-Fi
Don't forget, the story revolves around the life of him. It's not uncanny for women to want to nail the hero.

Just love the show for what it is, or don't. Nobody is forcing you. I love this show, grew up watching it, and will continue to watch it no matter what happens. Drama, or no drama. I want to know the story behind Clark Kent. :P

Re: Smallville

To think this serie comes to an end with this last season (which I have yet to see), that means no more Erica Durance/Lois Lane. :(

Woot! :-D

Movie(s) would be awesome, or miniseries. As long as it's same actors/actresses of course. :)

AGREED! Smallville, and Superman will always be with me either way though. I've grown up watching this damned show. That and SG1.

As far as finales go, I'd say 8/10

I agree with this vote. The cheesy bits knocked definitely a point off for me, and the fact he **Filtered** pushed the who who away doesn't do **Filtered** all.

It builds up to this huge outcome, and what? A split second shot? COME ONNNNNNNNN! Show us him fighting that thing! Pushing it! Hell! Even the Superman movie would have done that. :P

He didn't need to fight it, and there couldn't have been a shot of him pushing it as i don't think he actually did push it, what i think happened was when he donned the red cape and became the man of steel and showed himself to the people of Metroplis that had become infected with the symbol of Apokolips they had something to believe in again (Thats why the symbols all disappeared like with Oliver Queen before Superman had even engaged Apokolips) and Apokolips didn't have enough followers anymore to complete his plan thats why he wasn't destroyed merely banished till next time. ~T~
