Alliance Bank Suggestion: Take One

The ability to deposit into the alliance bank by all members at a 10% deposit fee.
The ability for members to set an Alliance Broker only acceptable by alliance leader/2iC.
By this I mean the alliance bank is clickable by all there's a deposit button but instead of a withdrawal, a broker slot.

Reason for withdrawal(visible to entire alliance) reject, accept. (buttons visible only to alliance leadership.)

i see this getting out of control especially as allainces change leader/2ic alsmot ona daily basis.

Most alliances don't change leadership very often actually, there's only about a handfull that do, who are mostly stat builders paranoid of getting massed and want an online alliance management at all times to run to alliance PPT and alliance repair.. IMHO at least.

it would be up to the alliance leader to accept the broker, and if all transactions and withdrawls are seen to all memebers its unlikely that most members would stick around and watch one members account get boosted from their naq.

i think its a good idea esp the % fo each transaction although i think 10% might be alittle bit high. most alliances these days have a certain player or two who act as an alliance bank with no transaction costs. but this could help the smaller alliances who dont have players with massive bank accounts.

Personally I don't care either way, just thought it would be neat. (I have a 1.5 quad bank with only 180m miners)

If you were able to withdraw naq from alliance bank it would have to be divided equally amongst all members of the alliance. Admin has always stated he won't have it all go to one account.

This is too open to abuse by multi's who'd just all sign their accounts up to the one alliance, then feed naq into the alliance bank to build one account.

That's a pretty darn big step up from the current 5 days in the alliance. And very discriminatory towards any of the very small bit tight knit alliances.

Well by that i mean the leader or a member has to have been in the alliance for 100 days (I.e the alliance has to have been alive for at least 3 months) not every member as for the 10 member thing just thought it would be easy to find an alliance with 10 multies within 100 days.

Or you could have a thing where to request amount out of it you have to have at least 50% of what you requested deposited by you? (game would automatically keep tabs on which member deposited what so to request 1 trill out you would have to have donated at least 500b to the bank, game could also possibly say how much you've withdrawn, I.e you have to pay back before you can request again?

Maybe only a 5% deposit fee?

No. If you did this, then there's no point of the +1% bank increase for alliances. Everyone just dumps into the alliance bank. Also means infinite repairs for weapons as long as a IC is on. Just have 1 or 2 farming and putting into the bank, and the IC constantly repairing all the weapons in the alliance

1 flaw with that.. Alliance weapons can only be repaired ten times per turn since people already did that.. (there is also a poll up right now trying to remove it all together) also of course the 1% is still useful at a 10% deposit fee it takes away 100 bill for every 1 trill you put in. In my last post I also stated a way so that withdrawing couldn't be abused..

Based on the 50% thing. Why would you ever put in. Would just mean its practically a 50% bank fee. Better off keeping that 50% and repairing etc yourself no? Or am I getting muddled up with the various restrictions your proposing
