DDE vs FS 2year anniversarry

A joint statement from FS and DDE.

The Dark Dominium Empire and Forgotten Serenity have mutually agreed to walk away, heads held high (2 year anniversary today)

On March 29th 2009 the forces of Forgotten Serenity and The Dark Dominium clashed in what was to become the bloodiest, most aggressive and longest war in the history of the game, many lay slaine, many planets now nothing but wastelands and the constant sound of cities beeing bombarded slowly dissapear. Today all hosilities between FS and DDE will seize after a long two years of warfare and a 30 day Nap will now be in place.

It was a war of epic length, epic kills, and most importantly, epic lulz. But, a new dawn awaits these alliances with past ills and past grievances now left with the corpses on the battlefields. Much respect is being given to mighty opponents with mighty accounts and all credit where it’s due. Pushed to our limits by the top empire out there and never a dull day in our logs.
The reason this all started seems to have long ago disappeared and with it any bad blood. Many have come and gone from both sides, many friends were made and alot of banter was had.

Any disputes that arise between players in these alliances will be solved diplomatically or via vendetta if necessary, in the hope that such epic lulz repeating itself won’t make the rest of the server super jealous.

We salute all of the players that stayed the course..We salute DDE and FS for their committment to a cause that was just in each others own eyes. We salute DDE and FS for their indomidable will and endurance to carry on in an unrelenting war in which no quarter was asked, for knowing the other would give none. Moreover we salute everyone in DDE and FS for realizing and acting upon the fact that there is no more ground to gain.

The Dark Dominium Empire salutes Forgotten Serenity and all of their members both new and old likewise Forgotten Serenty salutes the Dark Dominium Empire and all of their members new and old.

Forgotten Serenity and the DDE wish each other the best of times from this day on.

Much respect is deserved to the mighty Dark Dominion Empire.. Not only have you shown precise military skills you my friends have followed me into many of wars. I can say this will be my last one with you guys. I have fought the best multiple times. My biggest meanest wars have been with your strong gain of Lords "Jedi". My hats are off to TDD. Over four years of my career this is not my first war with TDD. But, I think it will be my last one(as I stated earlier) There are twp reasons for this

1. When I joined this game, i wanted to be the best, sorely did i find out there is no winning to this game, but allot of Honor, and respect. I had allot of that in the beginning. then i gt mixed up in politics and became what is known as a menace. A.K.A I have been hot headed and said some stupid stuff out of pure anger. I am taking this as an opportunity to stop that. I will Honor my name and not make myself look stupid anymore.

Nor, will I argue and be an ass on main. This game is meant for fun and some forum arguing So to all of TDD who I have offended or anyone else who I have gotten stupidly lippy with. I took it too far. So all of this hype with me joining the game years ago and seeing who the best were and being massed by the best I have always wanted to fight the best. I have had my fair share against all of you. I will follow my number one reasons with a couple of apologies that are much needed.

~Jedi Tank~: I have gone after you for stupid reasons. Mostly Jealousy. ( Some envy) I will be honest I want your account. or something to compete with it. I can't come up with it, I need time. So, I am working on that. I do apologize to you for the times I have disrespected you, or your empire. Trust me when i say this. I won't be doing it again. I don't know if we will ever see eye to eye, but that doesn't matter. You run a tight ship.. your a respected member of the GW community, and when we talked you have been respectful to me. So I know in return I owe the same to you. friend or foe I do respect you, and hope that our forum banter will end.

To all of the GW community I do apologize to you as well, for having to read any crazy Les rant I have left on the boards. I am quite embarrassed to re-read them myself at times, so to all of the respected players friend, and foe in this GW community I do apologize to you as well. Everyone deserves respect, and I am going to do my best to keep my temper down and no it is a game, forum banter is one thing, but I'm man enough to admit I took it too far on way to many occasions.

Too my new found family FS:

I came to you guys when no-one else would take me. you gave me a chance, and for that I am grateful for. Easy you have ran one hell of an alliance and you are one hell of a leader. My hats off to you and all of my other new found alliance friends and respected family. You guys in FS rock out. I have found my home, and god knows I have had many. I am happy to have fought this battle with some of the greatest fighters and people in the game. I am proud to be FS, and thank you all for the help and support..

So there is my long long goodbye to this war/apologies and much do respect for TDD and FS. Thank you guys

Haha alright anyways I will keep it short and not too touchy,

To DDE thanks for the headaches and the laughs guys this war dragged on a bit too long and being in a ever lasting war seemed like the possible future to the rest of my sgw life.

Believe it or not many of you have my respect even from little things as sharing pm's and occasional chats on msn. Great way to end an epic battle too (2nd year anniversary)

Now most memorable battle of the war for me was an online with worldeaters, I swear at the time he was never offline we got enough off his farming ways and jealousy made 3 of FS take him online at the same time. Not only did he fend us off with rebuilding and repairing his def and ms, he had the time to taunt us with pm's the cheeky bugger. This was all before any of that fancy alliance repair buttons were around, definitely took me by surprise he did.

To celebrate two years of epic battle I will roll myself two king size j's and commemorate the fallen soldiers of this battle.

Anyway, finally we managed to find mutual ground and i salute to that, and to each and every of DDE members that have participated in this war.

I'm pretty sure we will still bounce into each other, but lets hope that from now on there will be a little less hatred and a lot more fun.

No one proved right, no one proved wrong but everyone proved worthy.

To DDE I say, toughest, strongest most organised adversary we ever faced.

To FS say I bravest, most determined and loyal bunch I could ever hope to play with.


On to adventures new, both DDE and FS styles of play though different in many ways seem to keep us in the GC and I already hear the drums of war beating in the distance, getting louder as they approach......... do you here them too ?
