i just find it silly i can farm them, i can mass them, i can sab them, I can kill the spies, but oh no!!! you can't raid them!! yes cause raiding will ensure their safety? Its silly, ditch it. If you're worried about people getting BIG UU from dead accounts, delete the dead accounts. Otherwise if lowbies get raided for UU it'll only happen once and they'll start training them into miners.

Personally, I think this is stupid. The protection of being lower rank is of having less rewards when you're raided. Not a magical fairy deciding to be nice to you.

If people like the "idea" behind it, then we should do something along the lines of...

Efficiency = SQR(yourrank/enemyrank*3)
Efficiency = 10% - 100% // if it comes out below 10% it becomes 10%, if it comes out more than 100%, it becomes 100%

If I was ranked 500 and I raided a rank 10,000 player, I would have a 10% efficiency. If I was ranked 1,500, I would instead have a 20% efficiency

If I was ranked 500 and I raided a rank 3,000 player, I would have a 25% efficiency. If I was ranked 1,500, I would instead have a 100% efficiency.

I know what you're thinking. I don't actually like it either. I'm just tryign to compromise.
