as far as im aware, there is a 24 hour grace period for cases or this manner, and plus, we have no proof twistie even has this account, or if harch just hired someone to get people to think he has gone...

I remember Admin saying it was actually about an hour, I don't know why you would need to be logging in to both accounts for more than an hour.

Another fact (and this is why I was asking for timelines) is that Harch posted his account detail giveaway today 16th April, yet 90384 has clearly been on vacation mode for 48+ hrs so I was confused as to why Juliette would say this:
