pm bug

dear admin,

i would think there is a bit of a pm bug. today i got a pm from one of my alliance members. i wanted to respond and got the following message:

You are blocked from sending mail to this individual. Question your actions, and your content. Too many blocks, and all seeing eyes will be watching.

now alxworker clicked on unblock all senders and doesn't even recal blocking anyone ever. and i keep getting the message. could this be fixed please
